He was incredibly nice, helpful, and explained everything clearly. I also really appreciated that he offers a military/veteran discount. John came to our house today to repair the single garage door on our three-car garage after the cable broke, and we had such a great experience! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. He replaced the broken cable and realigned the garage door, then went above and beyond by realigning our other garage door at no additional charge. He also checked the springs to make sure everything looked good and lubricated both garage doors so they’re now in tip-top shape. What impressed us most was how honest and knowledgeable John was. You could genuinely tell that he enjoys what he does and takes pride in doing the job well. And the price was fantastic! It’s so refreshing to find someone who is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need.
