Excellent customer service, excellent quality work! We had our garage springs break, and had always used the same guy for years. When I called his number, he had been purchased by Don's Garage. We went ahead and had them come out and give us a quote, and I was floored! I was quoted $2,245 to fix the springs and do some other repairs (repairs I wasn't sure we even actually needed). When the tech recognized the sticker shock on my face, he instantly came down $1000 in price; however, that still seemed astronomical to me. I decided to call Colorado Garage Door Guy, and John quoted me the price over the phone, which was more than fair and reasonable, he was there within the hour, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything. He did an outstanding job and was very efficient! He was even kind enough to tighten up a few things that needed tightening. He was honest, fair, and provided excellent customer service! We will definitely be working with him again!
